Who doesn't love stepping onto a good bath mat after a relaxing shower?

While I was recently reviewing the "50 Fabulous Crochet Bobbles, Popcorns, and Puffs", I found the "Puff Drops" stitch pattern, which immediately made me think of a fun bath mat! And then I realized I still had some Red Heart Sweet Yarn left over from making my Sweet Mesa Pillow Covers. It was Kismet!

This bath mat would also make a great bedside rug! It's very plush, soft, and squishy. It's a dream on the toes!!

  1. I would make it without the bobbles or at least hid the connecting yarn. I can't stand an unfinished looking back. Those big yarn strands would bug the heck out of me.

    1. The strands showing on the bottom can be covered with grip liner, so I left them purposely to demonstrate that. They can be weaved in as you go, or at the end. The bobbles can also be made in the same color as the main yarn if you prefer.
